Salil Donde CEO

Salil Donde

Chief Executive Officer

Salil Donde, most recently, was Executive Vice President, Global Information Services at Nasdaq. In this role, Mr. Donde was responsible for leading the strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of the company’s Index and Data products businesses which provide solutions, intelligence and insight to the global capital markets. Mr. Donde was instrumental in launching several Machine Learning based products, data products, indexes and sponsored ETFs. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Donde served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Lewtan Technologies, Inc. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, and as President of Fiserv Life and Financial Software and Solutions, among the other leadership roles he has held in the broader financial services industry. Mr. Donde received a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay; an M.S. degree from Clemson University; and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Kristin Boggiano

Kristin Boggiano

Chief Legal Officer

Kristin is the Chief Legal Officer and on the executive committe. Prior to AlphaPoint, Kristin was a Managing Director with Guggenheim Partners, where she advised on asset management, broker-dealer and insurance issues. Previous to Guggenheim, Kristin was a Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel where she structured complex products, launched private businesses and provided regulatory advice. Prior to Schulte, Kristin worked at Merrill Lynch on the derivatives desk, beginning her career with stints at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Kristin has advised entities in overall legal and regulatory strategy and governance and with operational, regulatory and risk management procedures and programs. She regularly lectures at universities, trade organizations, and other forums as well as contributes articles on a variety of financial and regulatory law topics.  She earned her law degree and MBA from Northeastern University and her BA from Sarah Lawrence College. Kristin is also the President and founder of Women in Derivatives, Inc. (WIND), a global non-profit with more than 6,000 members and a mission to educate and develop women leaders.

Kevin Held CFO

Kevin Held

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Held brings over 25 years of finance experience in the securities and financial technology industries from a variety of environments. He is responsible for all finance and investor relations matters for the company. Most recently, Kevin was the chief financial officer of TradingScreen. During his three years there, he oversaw the finance, human resource and administrative groups working to implement system enhancements and process improvements across all areas. For over ten years prior, Kevin was global controller for Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. and chief financial officer for its U.S brokerage, Liquidnet, Inc., where he was responsible for building the finance department infrastructure to support the rapid growth of the company from a startup to a global organization. Prior to Liquidnet, Kevin spent 15 years working with a number of boutique securities firms serving the private equity, institutional and investment banking arenas. He served in various executive roles responsible for finance, human resources, regulatory compliance, treasury and strategic planning. Kevin is a certified public accountant and graduated from Adelphi University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and M.B.A. in Finance. He is also on Adelphi’s business school accounting advisory board. Kevin is licensed with FINRA as a financial and operations principal (Series 27) and general securities principal (Series 24). 

Ned Myers Product and Marketing

Ned Myers

Senior Vice President & Head of Product

Ned brings over 25 years of proven FinTech experience rapidly growing software, data, and information businesses in structured finance, mortgage and capital markets while managing marketing, sales, product, operations, and strategy functions. In this role as AlphaPoint’s Head of Product, Ned is charged with leading the product management and marketing of the company. Prior to joining AlphaPoint, Ned led the capital markets and government businesses for Black Knight Inc.’s Data & Analytics division, a leader in mortgage information. Ned also spent over two decades with Lewtan, a securitization data & software company, holding positions that included head of Sales and Marketing, General Manager, and Chief Marketing Officer. Ned has launched over a dozen new products and services and is a recognized authority in the securitization industry. He has experience working with both traditional and esoteric asset classes, having worked directly with issuers, servicers, broker-dealers, and investors dealing with nearly two dozen asset types. Ned has been published in various books and trade journals on topics including technology issues in securitization; Regulation AB; and the application of advanced techniques to value mortgage-backed securities. An initial board member of the Structured Finance Industry Group (SFIG), Ned has co-chaired its Membership Committee and the Data & Analytics Committee while serving on other working groups covering topics like RMBS 3.0, Regulation AB 2, rating agency reform and risk retention. Ned holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Nadzan Chief Development Officer

Brian has over 20 years of product development in the financial services industry, having spearheaded development in electronic trading, position keeping, P&L and risk management, compliance and STP. Before joining AlphaPoint Brian was the Chief Data Officer and the Chief Development Officer of TradingScreen, Inc. Prior to TradingScreen, he served as a Director of Development at Lava Trading from 2005 to 2009. He was responsible for development and product direction for Lava’s global multi-asset Buy Side Trading products, which included electronic trading, market data, and referential data across Equities, Options, Futures, and FX asset classes. Mr. Nadzan served as the Managing Director of Bloomberg LP from 1992 to 2005. He was responsible for development, support, and product direction of all trading applications at Bloomberg, including POMS, TOMS, and SSEOMS. He was also responsible for all electronic trading, portfolio analytics, compliance, and enterprise management applications during his career at Bloomberg. He serves as a Member of NJIT’s College of Computing Sciences Board of Visitors. Mr. Nadzan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

Senior Vice President – Business Development

Ted has 22+ years of experience leading business development, sales, and growth within early stage technology companies, the last 14 years in FinTech. Ted joins AlphaPoint from Sybenetix, where he expanded the UK-based behavioral analytics company into the US. Prior to Sybenetix, Ted ran Business and Corporate Development for Numerix, a market-leading derivatives analytics company. Ted helped the company realize 15x revenue growth while driving the Partnerships channel growth to over half of this total. He established and oversaw the firm’s 90 partnerships, which include relationships with some of the world’s leaders include Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Misys, Northern Trust, Microsoft, IBM, Sapient, and Ernst & Young.

Kapil Rathi Global of Trading Markets

Global Head of Trading Markets

With nearly 15 years of experience in capital markets and electronic trading, Kapil leads and manages AlphaPoint’s trading and exchange business. He was previously the Head of Equity Options at Cboe Global Markets, where he led the execution of Equity and ETF options business strategy across its four options exchanges, which account for over a third of the industry market share. He joined Cboe as a result of the Cboe and Bats merger and earlier played a critical role in building and growing Bats Options business as SVP, Options Business Strategy. Under his leadership, Bats Options market share increased and reached record levels of revenue and profitability. Prior to Bats, Kapil held product and technology leadership roles at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), New York Stock Exchange and AT&T. Kapil earned his MBA in finance from the Fordham Graduate School of Business in New York. He also holds Series 4, 7 and 63 security industry licenses.

Jack Sallen

Co-Founder and VP of Development

Jack Sallen has over 15 years experience in futures trading and financial services. He was the first to automate electronic arbitrage on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Jack has developed numerous automated trading strategies and trading messaging systems. Prior to AlphaPoint he was Lead Developer with FuturePath Trading where he helped develop PhotonTrader, a robust, plug-in scalable futures and futures-options trading platform capable of connecting to multiple backend systems, and wrote the connections to GL Trade, Rithmic, and Trading Technologies. At The Photon Group Jack developed custom automated trading strategies and tools including TimeSlicer – splits orders up over time and can match VWAP, Photon Torpedo – connects PhotonTrader to other charting packages to capture trade signals generated by those packages, AJ Trading – a strategy framework and trade transport, and AutoStopper – sends stop orders based on time and price triggers.

Mike has over 25 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience including Compensation and Benefits, M&A, Organizational Design, Change Management and Recruiting. He has extensive experience collaborating with Senior Management on business-critical initiatives that positively impact the Company’s growth and earnings. Before joining AlphaPoint, Mike was the Vice President, HR at Nasdaq where he partnered with the Executives that oversaw the Global Information Services, Corporate Solutions, Market Technology and Listing Services Business Units. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mike held positions as the Head of Human Resources for Bloomberg BNA, the Head of Human Resources for Vertrue and the Regional Head of Compensation for Reuters. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College and has certifications from SHRM as a Sr. HR Professional as well as WorldatWork as a Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional.

Igor has over 15 years of experience in building, operating, and investing in financial services, security, and media technology firms. Prior to AlphaPoint, Igor served as Managing Director of Cvetlo, an early stage venture firm making investments in fintech, adtech, and online media. Prior to Cvetlo, Igor led West Coast Business Development for LiftDNA, a digital ad exchange platform focused on managing online publisher ad revenue by making real-time pricing predictions for over 10 billion Ads Per Month. LiftDNA was acquired by OpenX, a global leader in digital and mobile advertising, in 2012. Previously, he held multiple roles over 5 years in the Security Technologies and Systems Integration divisions of Ingersoll Rand (TICKER: IR) / Allegion (TICKER: ALLE), where he drove adoption of new security technologies.

Rahul is a technical leader with 25+ year of experience in various areas such as Application Development, Database Administration, Project portfolio management, E-Commerce, IT Infrastructure & Security. Most recently, Rahul was Director at Timex, responsible for all IT, E-Commerce, Infrastructure, Security and planning strategic application roadmap. He also led large development teams and built highly scalable support operations in India, Europe & Philippines. He built Global Application & Global IT Infrastructure teams and set them up to “follow the sun”.

Joe Ventura has over 15 years of software architecture experience specializing in secure, scalable, and high-performance financial systems. Joe previously worked for Mantara, where he successfully designed and implemented multiple large, complex, high-speed, and low-latency software systems for multiple financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Merrill Lynch, connecting to all major equity venues, such as the NYSE, NASDAQ, and DirectEdge. In addition, Joe architected PhotonTrader, a futures and options trading frontend for FuturePath, a Chicago-based brokerage connecting to CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, Eurex, Liffe, and BATS.

Bene Archbold

Vice President – Sales

With over 15 years in sales and business development, Bene has spent the last decade in publishing, research, and conferences within capital markets and the digital marketing industry. At Risk, Operational Risk & Regulation, and Waters Technology, Bene lead the development of FinTech client bases, working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, major global exchange venues, and several of the world’s largest technology firms. While at digital marketing publishing group ClickZ, part of Blenheim Chalcot, Bene lead North American business, introducing competitive research on digital marketing activities within retail and consumer banking.

Scott Bambacigno

Vice President – Worldwide Sales

Scott is a founding team member at AlphaPoint. Prior to joining AlphaPoint, Scott invested 10 years at 3 Silicon Valley software companies where he successfully acquired many of the companies’ largest accounts to date, managed a team of sales development representatives, and was responsible for key client acquisitions like IBM, Wolters Kluwer, BlueFly, and many others. Scott has also founded and served as CEO of two coffee companies, one focused on import and distribution of green coffee, and the second on creating and distributing retail products. With over 14 years of startup and enterprise sales experience, Scott is Head of Sales and actively building out the company’s Sales and Marketing divisions.

As Vice President of Sales, Eben brings 20 years of client facing and revenue generating experience to AlphaPoint. Based out of New York, Eben has spent much of his career delivering best in class portfolio construction, risk management, analytics and decision making platforms to institutional asset managers, hedge funds and investment banks. He was with Thomson Reuters (previously CCBN) for 8 years, Axioma for 8 years and more recently, was responsible for developing financial services verticals at Sprinklr, a social media startup, and Oblong, an immersive visual collaboration company. Eben has a B.A. from the University of Colorado, and an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Since 2004 years he’s been living in New York focused on Sales and Business Development to financial institutions in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. William has a Bachelors from UC San Diego and a Masters Degree from George Washington University in DC.

Dan Draper is a managing director at Invesco, Global Head of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and the President of Invesco Capital Management LLC. Since 2013, he has driven the growth of Invesco’s ETF business to be the world’s fourth largest ETF issuer with over $220B in assets under management. Previously, Draper spent nearly two decades in Europe and Asia with leading asset management, investment banking, and wealth management firms including Credit Suisse, Barclays, UBS, Goldman Sachs, and Salomon Brothers. He is a Finance Leaders Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leaders Network.

Before its acquisition by OpenX in February 2012, Vadim was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of LiftDNA, a digital ad exchange platform focused on managing online publisher ad revenue by making real-time pricing predictions for over 10 billion Ads Per Month. Vadim is also currently a board member at EasyCopay, a pharmacy payment platform, and a founder of Admire Capital, a systemic value and activist hedge fund.

Greg Wasserman

Greg joined Galaxy Digital in 2018 as Managing Director and Co-Head of Galaxy Digital Ventures, bringing nearly 20 years of investing experience across software, hardware, infrastructure, and financial services. Prior to Galaxy, Greg spent 8 years as a Partner at Generation Investment Management where he invested in venture and growth stage companies disrupting existing industries with innovative and more sustainable solutions. His investments at Generation include Nest Labs (acquired by Google), DocuSign (IPO: DOCU), Toast, u-blox (public, SIX:UXBN), Motivate International (owner/operator of Citi Bike), Kenya-based M-KOPA Solar, GreenBytes (acquired by Oracle), and others. Before Generation, Greg led the global solar initiative at the Clinton Foundation. Prior to that, Greg spent 8 years at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Special Situations Group where he invested Goldman’s balance sheet capital in a wide range of complex transactions including specialty finance portfolio acquisitions, asset-backed leveraged buyouts, securitizations, bankruptcy financings, real estate leveraged leases, venture capital, and tax equity. He also co-founded and served as Executive Director of BitAngels in 2013, one of the world’s largest angel investment groups. An avid entrepreneur and early adopter of emerging technologies, David has founded several enterprises in industries ranging from software to biotech.

David K.A. Mordecai is lead investigator at the RiskEcon® Lab for Decision Metrics, at Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University (NYU) and Visiting Scholar at Courant. He serves as the Scientist-in-Residence at FinTech Innovation Lab, organized by The Partnership Fund for New York City in conjunction with Accenture. David has served as a Managing Director at Swiss Re, and Senior Advisor to the Head of Swiss Re Financial Services. Previously, he was Managing Director at a multi-strategy hedge fund with $10 Billion of assets under management, Vice President of Financial Engineering/Principal Finance at AIG, a Director at the rating agency Fitch, and a capital markets professional specializing in leveraged credit transactions. He has also been a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). He holds a Ph.D. with concentrations in Econometrics/Mathematical Statistics and Economics/Industrial Organization from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. David is a member of the board of governors of New York Academy of Sciences, founded in 1817, whose membership includes research scientists at universities and industry, as well as representatives of business, government, and policy organizations, in 100 countries.

Phil Moyer

Philip has managed over 15 Enterprise/FinTech businesses and has been an investor and board member in 11 companies. He was a Managing Director at Safeguard, where he built and managed their Financial Technology and Enterprise Cloud portfolios. He was the CEO of EDGAR Online which was acquired by RR Donnelly. He was Co-Founder of Cassiopae a French securitization software company and worked at Microsoft for 15 years as a General Manager of Global and Enterprise Businesses. He holds a Computer Science degree from University of Pittsburgh and has been a frequent speaker and author on Blockchain, Open Data and transparency in the financial services industry, including congressional testimony on how to fix the mortgage backed security industry and as board members of XBRL.US.

Kamran Rafieyan

Kamran Rafieyan has over 25 years of experience in capital markets as a technology executive and entrepreneur. He was a co-founder of Lava Trading – a successful FinTech firm that was a pioneer in the fields of smart order routing and market data aggregation, and later acquired by Citi. He has been an independent advisor and consultant to numerously private held firms, assisting with all aspects of company creation and growth, from business plans and funding to product design and low-level technology. He is currently a co-founder at Enceladus Trading, a quantitative trading firm utilizing proprietary machine-learning predictive models. Mr. Rafieyan received a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an M.S. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sandra Ro

Board Advisor

Sandra Ro is a derivatives industry executive. Most recently, she was head of digitization at CME Group. She assumed this role in early 2016 after serving as executive director, FX research & product development. She spent four years in the Global Capital Markets division of Morgan Stanley, where she served as vice president in event driven/M&A FX derivatives advisory. Before that, she spent three years as an associate at Deutsche Bank as an FX structurer on the London trading floor. In 1996, Ro earned a double BA in History and Studies in the Environment from Yale University, with a concentration in the proliferation of chemical and biological weaponry in the 20th Century. She also earned an MBA in Finance from London Business School in 2004. Sandra serves on the board of directors of the Yale University Alumni Fund.
